Intelligent Annotation and Scenario-Based Applications of Multimodal Urban Data
Challenge Description:Focusing on data for dynamic urban monitoring and intelligent transportation, this challenge requires participants to develop a replicable and scalable intelligent-annotation solution for multimodal urban data and its scenario-based applications, thereby supporting smart-city development and the growth of the data-element industry.
Core Requirements:
1. Scenario Innovation: Develop innovative application scenarios in fields such as urban governance and intelligent transportation.
2. Technology Integration: Achieve deep integration of satellite remote-sensing data, urban UAV monitoring-network data, video data, and other sensing data. Conduct multimodal data annotation and construct high-quality, application-oriented datasets to enable intelligent fusion of space-air-ground data and scenario-based applications in smart-city governance.
3. Solution: Develop a complete technical solution.
4. Value Demonstration: Analyze the potential benefits of the proposed solution.
5. Optional Directions: Possible topics include automatic classification of UAV observation data, intelligent annotation of urban-governance events, design of an urban multi-source data-integration framework, semantic annotation for traffic navigation, and urban-risk identification and early warning.
Submission Requirements:
1. Solution document: submit a PDF document of approximately 5,000 Chinese characters, including the scenario description and problem analysis, technical solution, implementation pathway, and value demonstration.
2. Demonstration video: demonstrate the application outcomes of the proposed solution. The video shall not exceed eight minutes.
3. Optional prototype demonstration system: provide an accessible URL or a demonstration video.
4. Optional business plan: applicable to projects with potential for industrialization or commercialization.

Challenge Description:Focusing on ecological-resource data in fields such as culture and tourism, sports, forestry, and ecological agriculture, this challenge requires participants to develop replicable and scalable innovative solutions for the intelligent management of ecological resources through big-data integration and value realization. The solutions should support the transformation of the “Two Mountains” concept into practice, advance green and low-carbon development, and promote high-quality growth of the ecological economy.

2. Technology Integration: Establish an AI-enabled innovation system for the intelligent protection and value realization of ecological resources.

4. Value Demonstration: Analyze the potential benefits of the proposed solution.
5. Optional Directions: Possible topics include AI-enabled region-wide tourism, AI-enabled sports and wellness, smart agriculture, and smart forestry.
