Complete the Registration Form

  1. Registration must be completed on a team basis. For detailed requirements, see “Eligible Participants and Team Formation” on the homepage.
  2. Registration information cannot be amended after submission.
  3. Following registration, the Organizing Committee will send a confirmation email to the team captain in due course. Receipt of this email confirms successful registration.
  4. The team captain will serve as the sole contact person for all notices issued by the Organizing Committee. Please ensure that the contact details provided are accurate.
  5. The registration deadline is September 30, 2026.
